With over 25 years of experience in financial services marketing research, Eric has led consulting teams to address a number of complex business issues in the field of retail banking, commercial banking, private banking and wealth management, mortgage, credit cards, and individual, group, life, and property and casualty insurance.

After directing research programs at Prudential Insurance and Summit Bank in NJ, Eric has been leading the design and analytic efforts for consulting firms, providing invaluable insights for many of the world’s leading financial services organizations, including JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, Capital One, UBS, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, TD Ameritrade, and Bank of America, to name of few.

An accomplished conference speaker, Eric has also served as the financial services Subject Matter Expert for a number of blue chip research firms in the United States. He holds a MPA and PhD(abd) in Social Policy Analysis & Administration and has taught graduate-level research courses at Rutgers University, the University of St. Petersburg (Russia), and Delaware Valley University.
